Bio

Drew Baumgartner enters his first season on the Texas A&M University—Texarkana baseball staff. Coach Baumgartner works with the pitchers and develops daily pitching plans. He will also run the strength and conditioning program as well as have responsibilities in scouting opponents and recruiting future Eagles. 

Coach Baumgartner played at Feather River College before transferring to Texas A&M University—Texarkana. At Feather River, he was selected to the Academic All-Conference team and the Academic All-State team, as well as being one of the main relievers on the FRC pitching staff. Coach Baumgartner played 2 seasons at Texas A&M University—Texarkana from 2023 to 2024. 

Coach Baumgartner graduated from Feather River College with multiple AA degrees in 2022. He then graduated with a BA in Business Administration from Texas A&M University—Texarkana in 2024

He is engaged to Morgan Collins.
