The Eagles defeated the Stallions of North American University tonight under the lights on Judy Kelley Morgan Field. The Eagles would be given the lead by Freshman Maleek Russell off an assist from Ali Akram, and with some clutch saves in the net by goalie Seth Brown the Eagles were able to hold the Stallions scoreless and emerge victorious after the final whistle with a score of 1-0.
The Eagles move to 4-3-2 on the season and 2-1-1 in conference play.
Men's Soccer will be back in action this Saturday October 5th against the Gold Nuggets of Xavier University. Kickoff is set for 3:30pm at Judy Kelley Morgan Field.
