Perfect Performance Propels Snyder to RRAC Pitcher of the Week Honors
WACO, Texas (March 2, 2026) – This week's RRAC Softball Players of the Week are Texas A&M-Victoria's Madison Carr as Player of the Week and (22) Texas A&M-Texarkana's Alexis Snyder as Pitcher of the Week for the dates of Feb. 23-March 1. This is the sixth set of weekly awards.
RRAC Pitcher of the Week – Alexis Snyder – (22) Texas A&M-Texarkana
Junior Alexis Snyder pitched a perfect game in the Eagles' 8-0 victory over Jarvis Christian (Texas), with seven strikeouts. She also held her own in the circle against the NCAA D2 Tigers of Ouachita Baptist, where she lost 1-0. She pitched a total of 10 innings, allowing four hits and an unearned run against Ouachita. Snyder tallied a total of 10 strikeouts.
Snyder is 7-5 on the season, with 34 innings pitched, 25 strikeouts, and an ERA of 3.09.
TAMUT is ranked No. 22 in the NAIA Softball Coaches Top 25 Poll. The Eagles are second in the RRAC with an overall 12-4 record and 6-0 in conference.

RRAC Notebook:
- LSUA junior outfielder Kilee Moddy went 3-for-7 in her team's 13-0, 14-0, and 9-1 victories over Texas College. She added a home run, four RBIs, and a stolen base.
- LCU senior infielder Lexi Broussard had a .389 batting average over her team's five games at the NFCA Leadoff Classic. She was 2-for-4 with two runs scored in LCU's 9-3 win over (RV) Freed-Hardeman. She went 2-for-4 with two RBIs in the 6-1 win over #24 Rio Grande. Broussard had a stolen base in each win as well.
- TAMUT junior utility Mackenzie Williams had a .643 average at the plate over 14 at-bats, securing four runs, nine hits, two doubles, five RBIs, and four stolen bases. She dominated in their victories over JCU, going 4-for-4 and 2-for-2.
- OLLU senior Arianna Alejandro celebrated her senior day on Saturday. She went 6-for-11, adding seven runs, three doubles, a home run, three RBIs, and a stolen base. She played a significant role in OLLU's 9-0, 6-0, and 14-0 conference wins over Southwest (N.M.).
- LSUA senior right-handed pitcher pitched four innings last week against TXC, and allowed no hits, no runs, no walks, and tallied seven strikeouts.
- LCU senior right-handed pitcher Addison Greak threw a complete game in LCU's 6-1 upset win over #24 Rio Grande at the NFCA Leadoff Classic. She allowed just four hits and one run in seven innings of work in the win over the RedStorm, striking out four with two walks.
- OLLU senior right-handed pitcher Annika Litterio pitched a no-hit game one for the 9-0 win in five innings, tallying one walk and eight strikeouts. In game two of the USW series, Litterio pitched six innings, allowing two hits and one unearned run, while striking out nine.
